What's special about this part of the neighbourhood?
I love the buzz and diversity of the neighbourhood - perfect for a bakery that fuses French baking techniques with Asian ingredients. And it's great to be surrounded by businesses that, like my bakery, show what can happen when creative and passionate people come together.
What changes have you seen in the area recently?
Central London has really come back to life since Covid, and Oxford Street in particular feels like it’s having a revival. There’s lots of beautiful developments and flagship openings happening within a stone’s throw of the bakery, and it’s exciting to feel part of the next chapter in the area’s history.
Who your typical customers?
Being in the heart of the West End, I have a huge range of customers. Feeling connected to a wider community and speaking to people from different backgrounds is one of my favourite parts of the job.
