Tim Reade

Tim Reade

Property Director

Tim has 30 years’ commercial property experience specialising in property investment and asset management. He leads the team and has overall responsibility for customer relationships and strategy. Tim is a member of the RICS and the Investment Property Forum as well as being an active member of local groups including New West End Company’s Property Steering Group and Oxford Street Advisory Board. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University. Outside of work Tim can be found tending his vegetable garden or his ever-expanding record collection.

Nicola Hawkins

Nicola Hawkins

Director of Design and Development

Nicola is a qualified Architect ARB RIBA with 30 years’ experience in delivering landmark design and development projects across EMEA within the retail, hospitality and commercial sectors. She has overseen the Parcels Building project, with Grafton Architects and Piercy & Co, through from inception in 2018 to recent completion. Previously, as Group Head of Design at Selfridges, she delivered all three phases of the major Duke St masterplan redevelopment with David Chipperfield Architects. She is a member of the Mentoring Circle, supporting future female leaders in property and construction. Outside of work Nicola enjoys travelling, adventure sports and cooking.

Sally Martin

Sally Martin

General Counsel & Company Secretary

Sally supports the business on all legal matters including commercial contracts, governance and compliance. She spent 20 years working in private practice as a real estate lawyer at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and White & Case, followed by 5 years working as Legal Counsel for Selfridges Group. Sally holds an LLB in Law with French from the University of Birmingham and spent a year studying at the University of Limoges. Outside of work, Sally enjoys pilates, travel and theatre.

Shaq Shahir

Shaq Shahir

Head of Finance

With over 15 years’ experience, Shaq is responsible for the accounting, treasury and tax functions for the Group and provides insight on strategy, risk and governance. Shaq studied at the University of Exeter and went on to train with EY before holding Financial Controller positions at companies in the media and property sectors. Outside of work Shaq enjoys going for country walks and is also a member of his local tennis club.

Tarryn Coles

Tarryn Coles

Asset Manager

Tarryn is responsible for our retail portfolio, working with customers to create innovative, creative, and inclusive spaces within our Neighbourhood. Tarryn joined DSP from property consultancy, Gerald Eve, where she provided portfolio management and strategic advice to corporate occupiers, helping them to enhance value and control risk to their property portfolios. Prior to that, she worked on The Crown Estate portfolio for four years, managing a mixture of office and retail assets across the portfolio. She graduated from the University of Cape Town with a BSc. (Hons) in Property Studies and is a member of the RICS. Outside of work, Tarryn enjoys travelling, staying active, cooking and spending time with friends and family.’

Paris Di Matteo

HR Partner

Paris has over 10 years’ experience in Human Resources, overseeing the full HR cycle. Paris is a member of the CIPD and is passionate about employees’ personal development. She has continued her own personal development throughout her career and is currently finishing a CIPD Level 7 in People Management and Development course. Outside of work, Paris can be found socialising with her friends and family or on long walks with her two dogs.

Annabel Godson

Annabel Godson

Senior Asset Manager

Annabel is responsible for our office portfolio ensuring that we provide spaces our customers are proud to occupy. Prior to joining DSP, Annabel spent nine years at a property consultancy, Gerald Eve, focused on central London lease advisory. She is a member of the RICS and sits on the Owners Board for the Baker Street Quarter Partnership BID. She holds a BSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading. Outside of work, Annabel is a rugby fan, qualified yoga teacher and enjoys travelling.

Lucy Griffiths

Lucy Griffiths

Financial Accountant

Lucy takes the lead on the production of the financial statements and management accounts of our property companies, providing management with analysis and insight on the performance of the Group. After graduating from the University of Bristol with a BSc (Hons) in Biology, Lucy gained her ACA qualification while working at PwC. Outside of work, Lucy enjoys horse riding, pilates, countryside walks and hiking.

Brenda Ogiakha

Brenda Ogiakha

Personal Assistant

Brenda supports the Senior Leadership Team at DSP. Since graduating from the University of East London with an LLB in Law, Brenda has gained valuable experience working at Amazon Web Services and the World Bank Group before joining DSP. Her enthusiasm, organisation and planning skills extend beyond the workplace where she serves as costume manager for the dance team at UK charity, First Love.

Office Manager & Executive Assistant

Tania has a passion for organisation and detail. Prior to joining DSP, she worked with senior-level executives in the pharmaceutical industry at Astra Zeneca and Ralph Lauren and Valentino in the fashion industry. She has a bachelor's degree in business administration from UNITEC, Mexico. Outside of work, Tania enjoys playing tennis and staying active.

Alice Paterson

Alice Paterson

Project Architect

Alice is a qualified Architect ARB who supports the business from a Design & Development perspective. She has valuable experience of commercial and mixed-use projects having previously worked at Thirdway and Piercy & Company, as well as experience in ultra-high end private residential architecture as a Project Architect. She achieved distinctions for both her Masters and Postgraduate degrees at the University of Westminster. Alice is also health and fitness obsessed and enjoys wild swimming, weight training and walking her dachshund.

Catherine Sullivan

Catherine Sullivan

Senior Finance Manager

Catherine is responsible for our budgets and forecasts, along with partnering with our property and design teams for capital projects. Catherine graduated from the University of Leeds with a degree in Chemical Engineering and qualified as a Chartered Accountant ACA at KPMG before joining the team. Outside of work Catherine enjoys making the most of London’s theatres, galleries and eateries, and is a (semi) keen tennis player.
