Welcome to the first newsletter from Duke Street Property.
From London’s West End, we will be sharing our news and celebrating the vibrant community that calls our buildings home.
This quarterly newsletter will talk about our neighbourhood approach and what it means to contribute towards a sustainable city. Whether you’re based in our area, or looking with curiosity from afar, we’d love to hear from you.
We are proud to announce that one of Duke Street Property’s most iconic locations, The Parcels Building, won three prestigious awards – the 2024 RIBA London Regional Award, the Architects Journal's Refurbishment of the Year as well as two categories for the Schüco Excellence Awards 2024, including Overall Winners and Refurbishment and Adaptive Reuse award.
Each award recognises the sustainable thinking behind the project which saw Grafton Architects’ innovative design fully reuse the existing structural frame, foundations and cores, as well as retain the rear façades.
If that wasn’t enough, this statement location also boasts flexible and fully equipped meeting rooms, Fora’s programme of wellness events, a double-height events space, amphitheatre-style seating and the possibility of alfresco dining on our outdoor terrace, all just a minute’s stroll from Bond Street. Contact the Fora team to say hello and book your next event.

Originally built in the 1950s and named after the historic Royal Mail post office tunnels above which it is located, the building reflects our commitment to sustainable cities – retaining 92.5% of the existing structure, recycling 97% of materials removed from site and being 100% powered by renewable electricity.
Learn moreUNTIL, the home for health and wellness practitioners, has opened its flagship premises in the heart of our West End neighbourhood – meaning your next check-up, gym session or feel-good activity is now right on your doorstep.
The resident of our Wigmore St property “is really the UK’s first wellness and healthcare facility,” explained Dr Adarsh Thanki in a recent interview, “combining the best of wellness training, treatments and healthcare, medical and dentistry – all under one roof.”
Learn more about UNTILIf you’re looking for something exciting to do in the city, we would strongly recommend the annual architectural pavilion competition from the Serpentine Galleries.
Free to visit, The Serpentine Pavilion is a cutting edge architectural installation that prompts a lot of debate each year. This year’s pavilion, continuing until 7 October, sees Minsuk Cho create Archipelagic Void, five structures that are unique in size and shape, and built from timber, which reference traditional Korean houses.
Visit the SerpentineWhether it’s dining experiences that reflect diverse storytelling, or the adoption of greener commutes for the return to the office, changes happening in Duke Street reflect wider evolution taking place across London.
