Our recent works in 101 Wigmore Street have seen another floorplate transformed into more successfully occupied high quality offices split across two distinct spaces.

An inviting guest arrival area and generous teapoint form the heart of the 22 desk office space on the west side of the floor. This is supported by a spacious meeting room, call pods, and a high bench creative area to facilitate informal meetings.

The east side provides a bright and welcoming new home for DSP. Driven by our sustainability objectives, the suspended ceilings were removed and a new on-floor HVAC system installed on the exposed soffit, all sprayed white to integrate seamlessly, this increased the ceiling height and maximised natural light. The space features a substantial kitchen area with Foresso ‘timber terrazzo’ kitchen worktop, fabricated from recycled offcuts of London Plane trees.

Key sustainability initiatives include:

  • 100% construction waste diverted from landfill
  • £108,330 worth of stripped out materials and furniture donated to local good causes
  • 91 tonnes of CO2 emissions avoided
  • Retaining the existing raised access floor to reduce the embodied carbon
  • Durable materials selected for easy maintenance
