We're upgrading our portfolio. Our work on 105 Wigmore Street is a prime example.

We're carrying out Category A upgrade works across our portfolio, including the refurbishment of the 7th floor of this prestigiously located building, which overlooks Portman Square.

Duke Street Property, advised by CBRE, pre-let the floor prior to completion of the works. A new 10-year lease with Topland Group was agreed to relocate their London HQ from the second floor of the building where they had been in occupation since 2013. We are delighted to have retained one of our existing customers in delivering a newly refurbished Grade A floor.

Our successful delivery of Cat A refurbished floors continues elsewhere at 105 Wigmore Street with the 3rd floor being the most recent refurbishment to complete and go under offer within a week of completion. We are also excited to launch the 2nd floor to the market later this year following its refurbishment.
