Since our establishment in 2022, our responsibilities to the environment and to our communities have been central to our strategy, and to the design and the management of our buildings.
From embedding our values into our articles of association and supporting local community initiatives, to employing environmentally sensitive construction methods, into our buildings, we have consciously integrated ESG principles into our business.

We have a responsibility and an opportunity to lead by example and drive long-term change, moving towards a circular economy in which all materials are recycled and waste is eliminated.
For our customers with their own ESG targets, we can support and encourage them to achieve and surpass these goals.

Our strategy includes a series of guiding ESG principles that govern our decision making and assist us in tracking performance. Our Sustainability Stairways, Targets and Guidelines policies set the foundations from which all our, our partners’, and our customers’ performance can be measured and managed.
