Across the Duke Street portfolio, we’re supporting people to make greener commuting choices. Take a look at the recent upgrades at 105 Wigmore Street.

Our comprehensive modernisation of the reception creates a best-in-class setting for our customers and their guests, with a dedicated concierge, multi-use breakout areas, and ample spaces to relax, hold meetings and grab a coffee. Enhancing the welcoming atmosphere, the space is punctuated by biophilic elements, FSC-certified timbers, and energy-efficient LED lighting that significantly reduces environmental impact and promotes wellbeing. Additionally, water-based or low VOC adhesives, solvents, and lacquers ensure a healthier environment for everyone.

Central to the upgrade are new, high-quality facilities that support a cycling-friendly culture. These generous amenities include ample bike storage, pumps, and racks, along with changing facilities featuring on-site showers, laundered towels, personal lockers and spacious changing areas. Energy-efficient air conditioning boosts comfort throughout the building. With these improvements, we’re encouraging sustainable commuting, helping to create a greener neighbourhood.

  • All timbers specified within the construction and furniture are FSC certified
  • All adhesive, solvents and lacquers were water-based or low VOC
  • Conventional light fittings have been replaced for high-energy efficient LED with presence detectors to minimise energy usage
  • Gas from the previous AC system has been retained and reused
  • All construction waste was diverted from landfill
