Summer Newsletter 2026

Edition 08

There’s something special about summers in London. A place that normally experiences rain and cloudy skies instantly transforms as things heat up, sending everyone rushing to the nearest green space to soak up the sun.

Stepping outside to enjoy nature and celebrating that community spirit brings us nicely to our latest big announcement: DSP is officially B Corp certified!

As you may know, B Corp assesses and verifies a company’s high standards of social and environmental impact. For us, this certification is a reflection of our values – not only working hard to reduce our carbon footprint, but also ensuring we make a meaningful, lasting impact on the community around us.

We also talk about our latest fitout for 103 Wigmore Street, publish our interview with locals Cöödie and highlight our recent cultural outings.

01

B Corp certification

We are incredibly proud to have officially joined the B Lab UK community! B Lab is the global non-profit that certifies B Corps – companies verified to meet the highest standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability.

Since our founding in 2022, DSP has thought deeply about how environmental and social responsibilities should guide our business, and make a real difference to how we design and manage our buildings.

Achieving B Corp status is a famously rigorous process, and it has been a true journey for our team over the last few years. We first kicked off the process back in March 2023, which began by evaluating our social impacts while also establishing an audit of our baseline emissions. After a lot of hard work, data gathering and refining our processes, we submitted our formal application in November 2025, before officially passing in June 2026.

103 Wigmore Street

We are thrilled to be handing over the keys to new customers who will soon call the 5th floor at 103 Wigmore Street home. The latest of our design-led, sustainable transformations, the project saw the delivery of two high-quality, modern office suites.

Our approach underscores our belief that there is ample demand for premium workspaces in London. Completed earlier this spring, the fitout retains the existing exposed ceiling and services layout, maximising natural light and volume while minimising construction waste.

Both spaces feature comfortable breakout areas and a premier arrival experience via a refreshed ground floor reception. Inside, the layouts are built for modern collaboration, offering multiple informal meeting zones alongside two dedicated meeting rooms and a spacious 16-person boardroom.

Meet the neighbours: Cöödie

Back with another profile of the people who make our neighbourhood special, we’re catching up with the creative cookie crew at Cöödie to hear about their journey into Marylebone.

Founded by a former aviation professional who traded the skies to follow a passion for hospitality, Cöödie treats baking like a high-design art form. With their unexpected flavor combinations, curated music and gorgeous spaces, they create delicacies that are truly unique and unforgettable.

Feeling festive

The DSP team kicked off the sunny season together at Taste of London in Regent’s Park! It was the perfect team-building day out, joining thousands of fellow Londoners to sample some of the best food and drink in the country at the ultimate summer garden party.

The summer fun continued with the Baker Street Quarter Partnership’s Summer in the Square at Portman Square Garden, a rare opportunity to see parts of the city that are normally closed to the public. And if you ask us, it’s also one of the best ways to catch the Wimbledon action on a big screen.
